After checking with their management's intentions, Myware suggested to create a mobile app that assists their company to do collection, retention and message distribution more effectively. 

Design is the important step before development. Understand the big picture from listening to the customer helps in the design. ie. for customers who are not very certain of what they want, Myware will approach the project using an Agile PM approach. This will ensure a valuable Minimum Viable Product to be delivered. 

Testing before client UAT saves our customers' time. Our QA team comes up with a list of UAT testing and goes through a few rounds with the development team to ensure minimum bugs before passing to our clients to test.  With successful and swift UAT, confidence is ensured that leads to smooth implementation.
