Data Protection and Privacy

Fresenius Kabi is concerned by the protection of personal data and in the process of quality improvement, we support our customers in following the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.

As an Independent Software Vendor (ISV), our solutions enable GDPR compliance for our customers:

  • Fresenius Kabi Infusion pumps do not store patient-identifiable data.
  • Features, such as Auto-documentation and Auto-programming do not store any patient data on infusion pumps.
  • Pump information can only be retrieved via RS232 communication and read by Agilia partner Software with trained Fresenius Kabi service personnel.
